We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data and marketing strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that fuel business growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to measure campaign performance, identify market opportunities, and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of marketing data from multiple channels including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to generate meaningful performance reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio to communicate key marketing metrics to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth customer segmentation and cohort analysis to better understand audience behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis, providing clear recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to monitor and improve performance across SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing channels.
- Build predictive models and forecasting frameworks to support budget planning, lead generation strategies, and customer lifetime value estimation.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing data to proactively surface opportunities and risks to the marketing leadership team.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining robust data pipelines and working closely with the data engineering team to improve data collection processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related data-driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, along with strong working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
- Experience working with marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including funnel analysis, customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, and multi-touch attribution.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
