  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis and audience profiling to support targeted marketing initiatives and personalized communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and attribution models to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and forecast key marketing KPIs including customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing data and present clear, concise findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Integrate data from CRM platforms, third-party tools, and internal databases to build a unified view of the customer journey and marketing funnel.
  • Support budget planning and allocation decisions by providing data-driven analysis and scenario modeling for upcoming marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a similar data-focused role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, along with strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and familiarity with tracking and tagging methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling, with experience applying them to real-world marketing problems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives and annual salary reviews aligned with industry benchmarks across India.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their immediate family members, including medical, dental, and wellness benefits.
  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid work options, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance from major cities across India.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities including access to online courses, industry certifications, workshops, and analytics conferences.
  • A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that values innovation, encourages creative thinking, and recognizes individual contributions to team success.
