You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to measure campaign performance, understand customer behavior, and optimize marketing investments across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of marketing data from multiple sources including CRM platforms, digital advertising tools, social media channels, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to provide real-time visibility into key marketing performance indicators.
- Develop and track KPIs for all marketing campaigns, including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer segmentation, funnel performance, and attribution modeling to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments, translating results into clear recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Support the development of marketing budgets by providing data-driven forecasts and scenario analyses to guide investment decisions across channels.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay current with emerging trends in marketing technology, data privacy regulations, and analytics best practices relevant to the Indian market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field from a recognized Indian or international university.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with strong working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot, along with familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
