We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Analytics professional to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data and marketing strategy, helping the organization make smarter, insight-driven decisions. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to measure campaign performance, uncover customer trends, and optimize spend across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to track key marketing KPIs for stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis to identify high-value audience segments and inform targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to design and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistically sound conclusions.
  • Develop and maintain attribution models to accurately measure the contribution of each marketing touchpoint across the customer journey.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and provide ROI and ROAS analysis to help optimize resource allocation across campaigns and channels.
  • Work with data engineering and CRM teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all marketing data sources and pipelines.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex data into compelling narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related data-driven role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and strong working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
