We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy, responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to measure campaign performance, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of marketing data from multiple sources including digital campaigns, CRM platforms, and social media channels to generate meaningful business insights.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to monitor key marketing performance indicators on a regular basis.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous optimization of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage customer segmentation models to identify high-value audiences and support targeted marketing efforts across various digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to track and analyze SEO, SEM, email, and paid media performance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Perform attribution modeling and customer journey analysis to understand the impact of each marketing touchpoint on conversion and revenue generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior patterns to provide strategic recommendations that keep the organization ahead of the competition.
- Present analytical findings and data-backed recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and non-technical teams through compelling visual storytelling and structured reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics role, preferably within a digital-first or consumer-focused organization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis, along with hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, with the ability to integrate data across systems.
- Demonstrated experience in building data visualizations and executive-level dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into strategic marketing recommendations that deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment across multiple time zones.
