We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data and strategy, helping our marketing teams make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, product, sales, and business intelligence to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of marketing data from multiple channels including paid media, SEO, email campaigns, social media, and website performance to generate meaningful insights.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics.
  • Develop and track KPIs and performance benchmarks across all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Conduct campaign attribution analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and identify the highest-performing channels and audience segments.
  • Perform A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements for improved conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to forecast trends, model customer behavior, and support budget planning and allocation decisions.
  • Identify patterns in customer acquisition, retention, and churn data to provide recommendations that enhance the overall customer journey and lifetime value.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Indian or international institution.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a similar data-focused role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis, along with strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools, along with familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including paid search, programmatic advertising, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving data landscape.
