Britannia Industries Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Officer to join its manufacturing operations in Khurda, Odisha. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting and implementing excellence frameworks across the production facility.
The role is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping the plant maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and operational performance. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams on the shop floor to identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable results.
- Drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement programs at the plant level
- Support implementation of operational best practices across production processes
- Collaborate with shop floor and engineering teams to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to data-driven decision-making
