Ather Energy is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join its team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves supporting and optimising manufacturing processes within a fast-growing electric vehicle company.

This is an opportunity to join Ather Energy's manufacturing team in Bengaluru as a Manufacturing Engineer. The role sits within a dynamic production environment focused on electric two-wheelers, where engineering rigour and process excellence are central to daily operations.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the engineer will help ensure that production standards, quality benchmarks, and efficiency targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and optimising existing manufacturing processes
- Collaborating with design, quality, and production teams
- Identifying and resolving process inefficiencies
- Contributing to new product introduction and process scale-up activities
