Manufacturing Engineer

Ather Energy is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join its team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role sits within the company's manufacturing function and is focused on supporting the production of electric vehicles and related components.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, production systems, and engineering problem-solving. They will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality output on the production floor.

• Work on manufacturing process design, improvement, and optimisation
• Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges in a fast-paced EV manufacturing environment
• Support new product introduction and ramp-up activities
