The employer is seeking an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its HR function. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
The Manager – Total Rewards will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve total rewards frameworks. This includes evaluating existing programmes, conducting benchmarking exercises, and making data-driven recommendations.
Key areas of responsibility are expected to include:
- Developing and managing compensation structures and salary bands
- Overseeing employee benefits administration and vendor relationships
- Conducting market benchmarking and pay-equity analyses
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and Finance on rewards-related matters
