Manager – Total Rewards

The employer is seeking an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and related programmes.

This is a people-facing, analytical role that requires a strong understanding of reward frameworks and the ability to align them with broader business objectives. The Manager will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reward policies remain competitive, equitable, and compliant.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Developing and overseeing compensation and benefits structures
• Conducting market benchmarking and pay analysis
• Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on reward decisions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
