- Develop and manage end-to-end total rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align rewards practices with talent and business goals
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits
