Manager – Total Rewards

The employer is seeking an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the organisation's compensation and benefits framework. The role involves working closely with HR and leadership teams to evaluate and refine total rewards policies, conduct benchmarking analyses, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Design and manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes
• Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on reward strategy
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation
