Manager – Total Rewards

The employer is seeking an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role sits within the Human Resources function and focuses on the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organisation's total rewards framework.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and rewards strategy. They will be expected to work cross-functionally with HR and business leadership to ensure that rewards programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key areas of responsibility are expected to include:

• Developing and managing compensation and benefits policies and programmes
• Conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive positioning
• Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on rewards strategy
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation
• Analysing rewards data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
