Manager – Total Rewards

The employer is looking for an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its HR team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's total rewards strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

In this role, the manager will oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and employee benefits programmes. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining competitive compensation frameworks and pay structures
• Conducting regular benchmarking and market analysis to keep rewards offerings relevant
• Managing employee benefits programmes and vendor relationships
• Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to support workforce planning
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
