- Design and manage end-to-end total rewards programmes including fixed pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluation exercises
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align rewards strategy with business goals
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
