They will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure reward programmes remain competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Develop and manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay analysis to maintain competitive positioning
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance on budgeting and reward planning
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Drive communication and education initiatives around total rewards for employees and managers
