The employer is looking for an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its People team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and administering the organisation's overall compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in total rewards frameworks, including base pay structures, variable pay, incentive plans, and employee benefits. They will conduct regular benchmarking against industry standards, analyse compensation data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Design and manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain pay competitiveness
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to align rewards strategy with organisational goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Drive employee communication initiatives around total rewards
