A prominent HR technology organisation is looking for an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.

- Design and oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes

- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance teams on rewards planning
