The employer is looking for an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its HR team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will take ownership of the organisation's compensation and benefits framework, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business objectives.
In this role, the Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously refining total rewards programmes that attract and retain talent. This includes overseeing salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits, as well as conducting benchmarking analyses to keep offerings relevant in the market.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, a sound understanding of compensation philosophy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR business partners, finance stakeholders, and senior leadership. Experience working with HRIS platforms and a data-driven approach to decision-making will be essential.
