- Design and administer compensation benchmarking and job evaluation processes
- Manage and continuously improve employee benefits and wellness offerings
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure rewards programmes are cost-effective and compliant
- Analyse market data and internal pay equity to provide actionable insights to leadership
