The employer is looking for an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's compensation and benefits framework to attract and retain top talent.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of reward structures, market benchmarking, and pay equity. They will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure that total rewards policies remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design and administration of compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programmes
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support annual compensation review cycles
- Analyse reward data and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
