  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans, workforce forecasts, and operational demands of the cargo division.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, industry associations, and campus placement cells to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives within the cargo and logistics talent community to position the organization as an employer of choice in the sector.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire to senior HR leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, equal opportunity hiring practices, and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and candidate-centric hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the aviation, cargo, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hiring for blue-collar, gray-collar, and mid-to-senior-level operational roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and digital sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and job aggregators.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience preparing recruitment dashboards and workforce planning reports.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian labor regulations, employment legislation, and best practices in diversity and inclusion hiring.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with performance-linked incentives and annual appraisal cycles benchmarked to industry standards.
  • Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage for employees and dependents, along with access to employee wellness programs.

  • Work Flexibility: Hybrid work arrangements and flexible scheduling options designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Travel Privileges: Concessional travel benefits and industry-specific perks reflective of our position in the aviation and cargo sector.
