Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) is looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to join its Human Resources team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role sits within the Cargo Operations function and focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified talent to support the organisation's ground-handling and cargo business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through to offer management and onboarding coordination — specifically for cargo operations roles across the network.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business leaders and HR business partners to understand hiring requirements for cargo operations teams
- Designing and executing sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent communities
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure a high-quality shortlist
- Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring progress against targets
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
