The organisation is looking for a seasoned Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead hiring efforts specifically aligned to its Cargo Operations function. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and sits within the Human Resources department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for cargo operations roles — from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding. This includes partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensuring timely closure of positions across levels.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Cargo Operations roles
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan talent requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Candidates with prior experience in talent acquisition within the aviation, cargo, logistics, or airport services industry are expected to be well-suited for this role. A strong understanding of bulk and specialised hiring in an operational environment will be an advantage.
