Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) is looking for a seasoned Manager – Talent Acquisition (Cargo Operations) to join its Human Resources team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The role is focused on driving hiring strategies specifically aligned with the organisation's cargo operations business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for cargo ops roles — from workforce planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and onboarding coordination. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Cargo Operations functions
- Partner with business heads to forecast and fulfil manpower requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
