The role sits within the talent acquisition function and carries specific ownership of hiring for the cargo operations business unit.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding — ensuring that cargo operations teams are staffed with the right talent in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Cargo Operations roles across levels
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress
