About the role
The organisation is looking for a driven and experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition (Cargo Operations) to join its Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the Cargo Operations function, ensuring the business attracts and onboards high-quality talent in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, preferably within the aviation, cargo, logistics, or airport services industry. A strong understanding of hiring for operational and technical roles will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Cargo Operations roles
