This role is central to building and strengthening the talent pipeline for the organisation's cargo operations function.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding — specifically for cargo operations roles. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
