The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. - Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned business units
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding coordination
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics
Candidates with prior experience in talent acquisition within the financial services or BFSI sector will be at an advantage. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to hiring are essential for success in this position.
