Manager Sales – Rest of West Bengal

The employer is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to manage sales activities across the Rest of West Bengal region. This role is based in Kolkata and requires regular engagement with markets spread across the territory.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributor and channel partner relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth across the assigned geography.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving volume and value targets across the Rest of West Bengal territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners and distributors
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Leading and coaching the frontline sales team to achieve regional objectives
