Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition

About the role
This role is designed for early-career professionals who wish to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition. The Management Trainee will work closely with the HR and recruitment team to support hiring processes across various business functions.
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Assisting with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinating interview schedules and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources or a related discipline, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in talent acquisition as a career path. Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
