About the role
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure all equipment and facility infrastructure operates efficiently and reliably. This role plays a key part in minimising downtime and supporting uninterrupted production or operational workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across departments
- Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history
- Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce operational disruptions
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance work
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in maintenance operations, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a coordinating or supervisory maintenance role within a manufacturing or FMCG setting will be an advantage.
