The employer is looking for a Location Manager – Retail Secured to oversee and drive secured retail lending operations from its Raipur location in Madhya Pradesh. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the local business unit, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring portfolio quality within the secured loans segment.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in retail secured lending — such as home loans, loan against property, or similar products — along with strong team leadership and customer acquisition skills. A sound understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Raipur will be a key advantage.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail secured loans vertical at the assigned location
- Drive business growth through channel partners, direct sourcing, and team management
- Monitor portfolio health, ensure compliance, and maintain credit quality standards
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, DSAs, and other sourcing channels
