The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the secured retail lending portfolio at the location level. This includes overseeing sales operations, driving disbursement targets, and ensuring the quality of the loan book within the assigned geography.
The role demands strong people management skills, as the Location Manager will be expected to lead a team of sales and operations professionals, coordinate with channel partners, and liaise with internal credit and risk functions to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance.
