Location Manager – Retail Secured Loans

The employer is looking for a Location Manager – Retail Secured to join its team in Howrah, West Bengal. This position sits within the retail secured lending business and carries responsibility for overseeing loan sourcing, processing, and overall branch-level performance for secured products.

The selected candidate will be expected to drive business targets, manage a team of sales and operations staff, and ensure adherence to credit and compliance norms. Building strong relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and internal stakeholders will be central to the role.

• Manage end-to-end secured retail loan operations at the assigned location
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the local team
• Drive disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with sourcing partners and customers
