The employer is seeking an experienced Location Manager – Retail Secured to lead operations for its secured retail lending business in Raipur, Madhya Pradesh. This is a branch-level leadership role with responsibility for driving loan disbursements and maintaining portfolio quality.
The selected candidate will be expected to oversee day-to-day sales and credit activities related to secured retail products, build relationships with channel partners and customers, and ensure targets are met consistently. Strong knowledge of secured lending products such as home loans or loans against property would be an advantage.
- Manage and grow the secured retail loan book at the assigned location
- Lead and mentor the local sales team to achieve business targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, and other sourcing partners
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies
- Monitor portfolio health and take corrective action where necessary
