The employer is hiring a Location Manager – Retail Secured to lead and manage secured retail lending operations out of its Howrah, West Bengal office. This is a branch-level leadership role focused on achieving disbursement targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the secured loans business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a local team, building relationships with channel partners and customers, and ensuring compliance with internal credit and operational policies. A strong understanding of secured lending products — such as home loans or loans against property — is expected.
- Drive secured retail loan disbursements and portfolio growth in the assigned location
- Manage and mentor the on-ground sales and operations team
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and direct customers
- Ensure adherence to credit norms, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective action on delinquencies where needed
