The selected candidate will be expected to oversee the end-to-end processing of secured retail loan products, maintain portfolio quality, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners in the region.
- Manage and grow the secured retail lending portfolio at the assigned location
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the local sales and operations team
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, underwriting norms, and regulatory guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, connectors, and referral partners
- Track disbursement targets and take corrective action to meet business goals
