The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end performance of the secured retail loan portfolio at the assigned location, ensuring business targets are met while maintaining credit quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sourcing and disbursement of secured retail loan products
- Lead and manage the local sales and operations team
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor portfolio health and take corrective action where required
