The employer is hiring a Location Manager – Retail Secured to lead and manage secured retail lending business from its Raipur, Madhya Pradesh location. This is a field-facing leadership role responsible for driving loan disbursals, managing a local team, and ensuring operational efficiency within the secured retail segment.
The selected candidate will be expected to oversee day-to-day branch or location-level activities, build relationships with channel partners and customers, and meet business targets for secured loan products such as home loans or loans against property.
- Drive secured retail loan business at the assigned location
- Manage and mentor the local sales and operations team
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and direct customers
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies
- Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective action as needed
