The employer is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager based in Raipur, Madhya Pradesh. This role is central to managing and growing the secured retail loan portfolio within the assigned location.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day lending operations, driving business targets, and ensuring strong customer acquisition and relationship management within the secured loans segment.
- Lead and manage the retail secured lending business at the location level
- Drive disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and collections
