Location Manager – Retail Secured Lending

The employer is looking for an experienced professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager based in Raipur, Madhya Pradesh. This is a leadership role responsible for managing secured retail loan business at the location level.

The selected candidate will be expected to drive business targets, manage a team of sales and credit professionals, and ensure smooth end-to-end processing of secured retail loan products. A strong understanding of the local market and customer base will be essential to succeed in this role.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail secured lending vertical at the assigned location
• Drive disbursement targets and portfolio quality for secured loan products
• Lead, mentor, and manage the on-ground sales and operations team
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and local stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

This position is well-suited for candidates with prior experience in secured lending products such as home loans, loan against property, or similar asset-backed retail finance, along with a demonstrated ability to manage location-level business performance.
