About the role
A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role responsible for driving secured retail loan business within the assigned location.
The selected candidate will be expected to manage and grow the secured lending portfolio, oversee a team of sales and credit professionals, and ensure targets are met in line with business objectives. Building strong relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and internal stakeholders will be central to the role.
- Drive sourcing and disbursement of secured retail loan products
- Lead and mentor the local sales team to achieve location-level targets
- Manage credit quality and ensure adherence to risk and compliance guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners and customers
Candidates with relevant experience in secured retail lending — such as home loans, loan against property, or similar products — and a demonstrated ability to manage location-level operations are encouraged to apply.
