A prominent financial services organisation is looking to onboard a Location Manager – Retail Secured at its Indore office in Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role within the retail lending business, focused on driving secured loan products in the local market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the secured retail portfolio in the assigned location. This includes overseeing sales operations, building relationships with channel partners, and ensuring targets for secured lending products are consistently met.
- Drive business volumes for retail secured loan products in the Indore region
- Lead and manage a local team to achieve disbursement and acquisition targets
- Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners and direct customers
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies throughout the sales process
