A prominent financial services organisation is looking to hire a Location Manager – Retail Secured to oversee and drive secured lending operations from its Indore office in Madhya Pradesh.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the retail secured loan portfolio at the location level, ensuring business targets are met while maintaining credit quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Drive disbursement and sourcing targets for secured retail loan products
- Lead and manage the local sales and operations team
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
This is a field-facing leadership role suited to professionals with a strong background in secured lending — such as home loans, loan against property, or similar products — along with proven team management experience.
