The employer is looking for an experienced professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role within the secured loans business unit.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the retail secured loan portfolio at the assigned location. Key duties include overseeing sales operations, driving business targets, and ensuring compliance with lending norms and internal policies.
- Lead and manage the on-ground sales team at the Indore location
- Drive disbursements and sourcing of secured retail loan products
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and risk guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and customers
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing
Candidates with a background in secured lending — such as home loans, loan against property, or similar retail asset products — and prior team management experience are encouraged to apply.
