Location Manager – Retail Secured Lending
A leading financial services conglomerate is seeking a Location Manager for its Retail Secured lending vertical, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Location Manager to oversee and drive the Retail Secured lending business from its Indore location in Madhya Pradesh. This role sits within the retail financial services division and carries responsibility for managing secured loan products at a city or branch level.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead local business development efforts, manage a team of sales and operations professionals, and ensure targets for secured retail lending are consistently met. The role demands strong stakeholder management, both internally and with external partners such as connectors, DSAs, and channel intermediaries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end operations of the secured retail lending vertical at the assigned location
- Driving disbursement volumes and maintaining portfolio quality
- Building and nurturing relationships with local channel partners and customers
- Ensuring compliance with internal credit and risk policies
- Mentoring and guiding the on-ground sales team
Candidates with a background in retail secured lending — such as home loans, loan against property, or similar products — and prior experience in a location or area management role are encouraged to apply.
