In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the retail secured loan portfolio at the location level. This includes overseeing business development activities, driving sales targets, and ensuring smooth operational execution within the assigned geography.
- Lead and manage the retail secured lending business for the Indore location
- Drive disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, direct sales teams, and customers
- Ensure adherence to compliance, credit, and risk management guidelines
