A prominent financial services organisation is looking to onboard a Location Manager – Retail Secured at its Indore office in Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role within the retail secured lending business, requiring a candidate who can drive business growth and manage operations at the location level.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing secured loan products in the assigned geography, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring targets are met consistently. The role demands strong stakeholder management, a thorough understanding of secured lending products, and the ability to develop local market relationships.
- Drive disbursement targets for retail secured loan products
- Lead, mentor, and manage the on-ground sales team
